AES Controls Engineering Approach –
Hardware Design :
AES initiates the controls engineering process by hardware design, preparing electrical schematic according to the requirements provided by the customer. Our electrical and controls engineers work with the customer very closely to determine the most efficient electrical configuration.
Panel Building :
With all the electrical layouts verified by our electrical and controls engineers, custom panel design and fabrication is carried out with necessary certifications (UL & ULC).
LabVIEW, PLC and HMI Programming :
AES’ controls engineers, program the control systems and HMI, in the platform specified by customer. We work very closely with customers to understand the system in detail and ensure our program includes all inputs provided by customer.
Component level, sub-system level and system level testing is carried out to ensure customer defined process is achieved.
