Description:

AES is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in the Engineering Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the engineering industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote engineering services, focusing on target markets and customer segments.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, materials, and initiatives that support sales efforts and lead generation.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing collateral production, event management, and other marketing-related activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure the competitiveness of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry associations, and media outlets.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning through effective messaging, branding, and communication strategies across various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven  6 – 8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within engineering services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Extensive Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a customer-centric approach to marketing.
  • Certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing, etc.).
