Job Description:
• Responsible for delivering sales revenue from engineering services to clients and prospects in
automotive, semiconductor, biomedical and heavy engineering industries in US, Europe and
Asia.
• New sales with capability of hunting new accounts for Industrial Automation and engineering
services.
• Accurately forecasts & achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams and monitors
the growth.
• Establish & engage at CXO level to penetrate new market / business opportunities.
• Negotiates contractual terms and conditions and works with the proposal and technical teams
to ensure smooth hand-offs and builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement & identify new business
opportunities.
• Good understanding of the offshore and global delivery model.
• Should get leads and convert leads to sale
• Leadership ability.
• Work with Marketing and Digital Marketing team to convert leads to sales.
• To maximize the market share of the Advanced Engineering services company in the assigned
location.
• strong relationship management skills and proven track record of being trusted advisor to
customer.
• To develop new accounts and segments and promote Advanced Engineering services; Look for
new applications for Advanced Engineering Services.
• Should keep a track on multiple projects in close collaboration with onsite manager and
offshore resources taking care of quality, timeline and budget with hands-on delivery
engagement
• Responsible for risk management and mitigation actions
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods,
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
• Must conduct market research and develop sales strategy for new service offerings.
• Coordinate with US Sales and Marketing team and provide the necessary inputs for them to
make Sales pitch.
• Cold Calling to US, Europe and Asian customers.

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelors/Master’s degree with a suitable experience in sales & marketing
• 8-12 years of sales and business development experience in the US /India/Europe Geography.
• Person with engineering background will be an added advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience of at least 6-7 years in selling Industrial Automation solution
or/and engineering services.
• Team handling experience would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the offshore and global delivery model.
• You should have managed a minimum of 10 orders, each with a value exceeding 0.5 million per Year
