Mark is a turnkey product and equipment development consultant with over 20 years of experience with Product Development Consulting, Turnkey Solutions, Industrial Design, Mechanical Packaging and Mechanism Design, Finite Element Analysis, Thermal Analysis. He has 23+ years of experience in Robotic Equipment Development and Project Management.

Mr. David Zisman has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and business processes (ERP/MRP), fabrication, assembly and testing for Consumer, Aerospace, Filtration, Defense and Gaming products. His career has focused on Technical Operations which include manufacturing, Industrial automation, materials, process engineering, planning, configuration management, quality systems, and supply chain to efficiently automate and grow revenue within a single site and across multiple business units. Mr. Zisman has certified training in the DANAHER business process, SSI Program Management Process, DRS Lean Sigma, ASU Green Belt, OSHA EHS certification, DDI Leadership, and has earned an MS in Industrial Technology from Rhode Island College, a BA degree in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design, and an AS in Business Administration from Mitchell College.

Mr. Osborne is an accomplished leader in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in developing new products across a variety of industries. He specializes in power electronics and motor design. He led design teams on projects ranging from 10 to 4,000 watts and up to 1,200 volts. He has successfully delivered products in consumer electronics, solar, and defense sectors. With his experience working with startups and large multinational corporations, he deeply understands global team dynamics. Mr. Osborne holds 19 US patents and excels in utilizing the IP protection process for business results. He is actively involved in IPC, NEMA, and IEEE committees. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management.

He oversaw customers both domestically and internationally by handling their requests for quotes on new programs. If the program was awarded, he would manage it from the initial quote to the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), ensuring that the part was approved for production. He would then oversee the part's life cycle, from production to service.
